Can I bring my own clubs?
Yes! You’re welcome to bring and play with your own clubs for a more personalized experience. Please note: All clubs must be cleaned before play, as dirty clubs can damage the simulators. Our staff will clean them for you upon arrival.

Do you have parking?
Yes, we do! Hideout Golf has on-site parking, making it easy to bring your clubs and enjoy a stress-free visit. We have covered and non covered parking with CCTV found behind the Best Western Plus Sands hotel and are available on a first come first served basis. You will need to provide your license plate to your server.

Do you offer more than just golf?
Absolutely! Our multisport simulators in Vancouver let you play soccer, disc golf, hockey, and more. Whether you're a golfer or just looking for a fun night out, we’ve got something for everyone.

Can I book Hideout Golf for private events?
Yes! We’re a top golf party venue in Vancouver, perfect for birthdays, corporate events, and celebrations. We also offer customized packages with our sister venues, Best Western Plus Sands, The Show Cellar, The Park Pub and Bayside Lounge.

Are kids allowed at Hideout golf?
Yes, kids are welcome at Hideout Golf as long as they’re accompanied by an adult. Please note, after 6 PM the venue becomes 19+ only, so all guests must be of legal drinking age in the evening.

What are hideout's opening hours?
Our regular hours are:
Monday – Thursday: 12PM – 12AM
Friday: 12PM – 1AM
Saturday: 10AM – 1AM
Sunday: 10AM – 12AM

How many people per bay?
We recommend groups of up to 8 people per simulator to get the most out of your time and experience.
If your group is larger than 8, no problem! Just email us at hideoutgm@bwsands.com and we’ll help book multiple simulators side by side so everyone can play together.
Please note: During peak hours, we require a minimum of 3 guests per bay. *Peak hours: Midweek 4pm - 12pm + Saturday & Sunday
