⏳ Each team must complete 4 rounds of 9 holes by August 15

Team Requirements

✅ Teams of 2 players

✅ Players must have a valid Golf Canada handicap

✅ Men’s, women’s, and mixed teams are accepted

✅ Handicap scorecards must be submitted after each round

Entry Fee

💰 $250 per team

💙 Includes a $50 donation to the Golf Canada First Tee Program

⏱️ Includes simulator time for all qualifying rounds

🕒 2 hours per round

📊 Net Par Points system

🏆 Albatross: 5 points

🥇 Eagle: 4 points

🥈 Birdie: 3 points

🥉 Par: 2 points

👍 Bogey: 1 point

❌ Double Bogey or worse: 0 points

📈 Teams with the highest total points advance to the playoffs

Men’s & Mixed Division

🏅 Top 8 teams advance to Semifinals

🔹 4 teams advance to the final

🔹 Top 2 qualify for the Regional Finals

💸 Regional Finals entry fee covered by Hideout for the top 2 teams

🎁 3rd and 4th place receive a $100 Hideout Golf gift card

Women’s Division

🏅 Top 4 teams advance to the final

🥇 Winning team qualifies for the Regional Finals

💸 Entry fee covered by Hideout

Regional Finals

🏆 Qualified teams advance to the Regional Finals
